We hope you are delighted with your Olivia von Halle order; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all silk-covered tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and specify your reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your items inside the original branded gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the silk garments are folded neatly to prevent creasing during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated courier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your return's progress to our London studio.
